Save the date! We’re hosting a special 3-day Cardiogenetics and Family Health Summit to celebrate the opening of our new Family Heart Center.
Day 1 – Cardiogenetics Scientific Summit
Thursday, October 10
8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Cleveland Marriott East (Beachwood) with dinner at DDC Clinic
The summit starts with breakfast and networking at the Cleveland Marriott East. Physicians, scientists and other members of the medical community gather to learn about advances in cardiogenetics research and care featuring invited speakers. Guests travel to DDC Clinic for a grand opening celebration and hors d’oeuvres.

Continuing Education Credits
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Minnesota Medical Association and Michigan Public Health Institute. Day 2 – Amish Cultural Tour
Friday, October 11
8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m
DDC Clinic
The day begins at DDC Clinic with a warm welcome from Dr. Heng Wang, followed by a bus tour to Amish schools, businesses, libraries, and more. Members of the medical community, students, faculty, and researchers will learn about the Amish community in Geauga County. Our program includes a hearty lunch.

Day 3 – Community Day for Heart Health
Saturday, October 12
10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
DDC Clinic
All are welcome! Join our Amish and non-Amish friends at DDC Clinic for a Family Health Day and tour our new Family Heart Center. Visit our education stations to learn about heart health, diagnostic screenings, and how we care for families.
